KAPCIC Convention attendees are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements. KAPCIC has contracted a room block for attendees at the Marriott Kansas City Overland Park and a set number of rooms are available at the group rate until Wednesday, September 24, 2025 or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. While KAPCIC works hard to secure a sufficient number of rooms, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available. Please plan ahead and secure your reservation as soon as possible to receive the group rate.
