OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES

To register for optional activities, simply select them when registering. If you are already registered, you can add activities to your existing registration by referencing your confirmation email. The subject line of that email is “KAPCIC Annual Convention | Registration Confirmation” and you can click the link at the top that reads “To make changes to your registration, please click here.” If you have any issues registering for optional activities, please email info@kapcic.org.

Annual Golf Outing at The Jayhawk Club
Tuesday, October 8, 2024 | 7:00 – 1:00 p.m.

The annual golf outing, hosted at the The Jayhawk Club Golf Course, offers 18 unique holes set in the natural Kansas landscape, designed for an experience unlike any other. The event's shotgun start begins at 8:00 a.m.

Cost:
$160 with Convention Registration | $180 without Convention Registration

1:00 p.m. | Event Ends

PLEASE NOTE:

• Rental clubs will not be available, attendees must bring their own clubs.

• Transportation will not be provided.

Blade & Timber Axe Throwing | Lawrence
Tuesday, October 8, 2024 | 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Join us for a fun evening of dinner and axe throwing. Just a short drive from the hotel, the newly built Blade & Timber Axe Throwing boasts six exhilarating axe throwing lanes. This evening activity is included with your KAPCIC Convention registration and will be the perfect opportunity to unwind and make connections with fellow attendees.

Dinner and Beverages will be provided.

Transportation:
Attendees will have the option to ride the bus provided, drive, or walk to Blade and Timber.

Provided Transportation: A bus will be available to transport attendees from the Hotel to Blade & Timber and back. This bus will depart promptly at 6:20 p.m. If needed, the bus will make multiple trips.

Driving: As always, attendees are welcome to drive to the activity on their own. Street parking is available as well as a free public parking lot in the rear of the building.

Walking: Blade and Timber is a 20 min walk from the hotel. Attendees are welcome to walk if preferred
